The Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to keeping alive the unique bond that exists between Sky Soldiers. It is a service organization that provides support through a national organization and local chapters. With your paid membership, you receive the Sky Soldier Magazine, published quarterly; an auto window decal; and a membership card. Each summer it organizes an annual reunion for Sky Soldiers to get hooked up with old buddies.

Apply for New Membership or Renew Membership
Your Membership will be activated upon verification of the submitted information for eligibility and payment of the membership dues. Information shared in the application is private and will not be shared with any other third party. Gold Star family members, active duty military, and veterans of all the branches of the U.S. Military are encouraged to apply. Select the applicable membership level from the list below and fill out the required form.
Membership Levels
Annual Membership – Regular - $24.00 (USD)

Gold Star family members, active duty military, and veterans of all the branches of the U.S. Military are encouraged to apply. - Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st.
- No recurring payments.
- Served with or was attached with 173d Airborne Brigade. Can be converted to a Life Membership.
- Subscription period: Unlimited.
- Served with or was attached with 173d Airborne Brigade
- Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st.
- No recurring payments.
- Active Duty personnel applying for this level will waive their ability to receive quarterly Sky Soldiers magazines by mail, but will be able to view them on the www.skysoldier.net/ website. When leaving active duty, Annual Membership dues will revert to the standard $24 annual membership fee. Can be converted to a Life Membership.
- Subscription period: Unlimited
- Active Duty personnel applying for this level will waive their ability to receive quarterly Sky Soldiers magazines by mail, but will be able to view them on the www.skysoldier.net/ website.
- Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st. No recurring payments. Spouses of deceased former members of the Association are eligible for an Annual Associate Membership.
- Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1. No recurring payments. Gold Star Members are any family members of a former member of the Brigade who was performing military duty and was killed on active duty are eligible for Annual Gold Star Membership. The dues of Gold Star Members are to be commensurate with Regular Members.
- Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1. No recurring payments. Veteran Members - Any person who served in the United States or its Allied Forces shall be eligible for an Annual Associate Membership.
- Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1. No recurring payments. Gold Star Parents / Spouses of a former member of the Brigade who was performing military duty and was killed on active duty are eligible for Annual Gold Star Membership. They are also eligible for Life Membership.
- Subscription period: Unlimited. Gold Star Parents/Spouses/Sons/Daughters of a former member of the Brigade who was performing military duty and was killed on active duty are eligible for Annual Gold Star Membership. They are also eligible for Life Membership.
